Paige Gutches joined Western Lumber in the summer of 2026. She earned a Finance degree from Oregon State University with a minor in Wood Products Sales and is a third-generation member of the Gutches family in the lumber industry. Her uncle, Kent Gutches, is the Owner/Operator of Gutches Lumber and Southern Oregon Lumber in the Rogue Valley. Paige serves as Trader Assistant to Brandon Crosier, one of Western Lumber’s Principal Owners, and oversees our Custom Reman Operation for Industrial Clear and STK Softwoods. She continues to expand her knowledge of the lumber industry while working alongside more than 150 years of combined industry experience at Western Lumber’s headquarters in Medford, Oregon.
